Interested parties may raise issues with the Financial Markets Law Committee by contacting the Legal Assistant. (There are no formalities for this. The Secretariat is happy to discuss issues in confidence. In the normal course, issues discussed by the Committee are not associated with any named market participants.) Other matters that can be raised with the Secretariat include participation in working groups, "radar" meetings, FMLC papers and correspondence, attendance at FMLC events and/or general administration. However, any enquiries about FMLC membership, stakeholder or patron relations, funding, hosting or speaking at an FMLC event and/or the general strategic direction of FMLC activities in 2010 should be raised with the FMLC Director.
